What characters are available for parties?
Character availability is dependent on the date you are looking at.
I have booked a play session and can`t attend, what are my options?
As stated in the T&C`s all bookings are unfortunately non refundable or non transferrable. However, you can gift your booking to a friend. Simply get them to give your name on arrival to reception.
Do you run any classes?
Yes! Our sell out "Baby and Me" and "Toddler and Me" classes run every week.
My little one has an allergy and is coming to a party/play session what do I need to do?
We understand having a little one with an allergy can be very scary at times. We are well known for our extensive allergy menu which can be viewed on our "menu" tab. If you wish to discuss your allergy in advance, please give us a call or send us a message on facebook and a member of the management team will give you a call and we will ensure we have something your little one can eat. You are welcome to see all packaging to make sure you feel comfortable with your little one eating.
If your little one is coming to a party give us a call and we will make sure your little one has a similar meal to the other children so they don`t feel left out. An allergy form will need to be signed before we can feed your little one so you can make sure you are 100% comfortable before we feed them.
Can I upgrade or alter my party now I have booked?
Of course! Party deposits are non-refundable but you can alter your party up until 2 weeks before your party date. Party numbers can be altered at any point as long as you meet the minimum numbers. If you want to upgrade to a Character Party this will be dependent on staff availability, so let us now as soon as you can.
I have a free play pass that has expired can I use it?
If your expiry date has expired during lockdown then yes of course you can still use it. Please book a play session as normal and just let us know that you have a free play pass to use. You will be required to bring this to reception when you come to play. Play passes cover the price of 1 child and 1 adult. Additional children and adults can come with you as long as they meet the current government guidelines of 2 households or 6 people, please just let us know and we can give you payment info.
When does my party payment need to be paid?
Once you have paid your £25 deposit the rest of the money is due 2 weeks before your party date. The amount you pay will be based on the minimum number of children for your chosen party package. Any additional children will be paid for on the day as well as any add ons.
I want to book a party, how do I do this and what is the deposit?
We would love to host your little ones celebration. Head over to our "party" tab to have a look at all our packages and then get in touch with us. You can call us between 9-6 Monday to Friday or between 9-5 Saturday or Sunday on 01142696000, we will try to answer when we can. Do I need to book to come and play?
Yes! At the moment we are abiding to limited capacity and therefore can only have a limited number of little ones at sessions. The available sessions for each day can be found on our "Plan your visit" tab or all the latest information is posted on our Facebook page. Prices can also be found here.
Can I just walk in?
We wouldn`t encourage it as we are very busy. However, if you want to risk coming down and we have space to accommodate you we will of course let you in to play but we can`t guarantee it.
What Covid measures do you have in place?
We have gone above and beyond to ensure we are abiding by covid measures. All our staff wear PPE at all times, screens are up by our till points, there is a one way system in place, the entire play frame is cleaned and any moveable objects are replaced between play sessions.
